Love this dress that I bought last minute. I think it was on sale for 30% off with an additional 40% off, so basically I got a major steal. The asymmetrical layers combined with the striped pattern make it the perfect vacation look.

I had to bring this perfect little black dress with me. (Previously seen here) You can't see it in the picture but it has a cute cutout in the back. And since the dress is so simple I wore some statement studded sandals.

This vacation I finally conquered my fear of white pants. I'm usually too afraid I will be the one to accidentally sit in something while wearing white. But I think these jeans were worth the risk.

Mexico | Part 1

The resort. We stayed in one of those casitas which featured a rooftop plunge pool. Not bad, huh?

An awesome underground freshwater cenote (sinkhole). 

Seeing Chichén Itzá, the ancient Mayan ruins, also known as the picture on the wall in every Spanish classroom I ever sat in. I must admit it was even cooler than I expected, definitely recommend checking it out if you're ever in Mexico.

Here's part one of my trip to Mexico. It was such a fun trip and the weather was absolutely perfect. And after a few days back in the freezing cold, I'm already ready to go back..

I'm off to Mexico tomorrow! I am so beyond excited for a week away from freezing temperatures. And of course I'm excited to get to wear some new items that I got for the trip. Shop some of the items I'll be packing in my suitcase below:

Sweater Steals Part II

I told you last week how I came across Theory cashmere sweaters for half off and so I bought two. Here's the second. It's similar to the first, although this one is a turtleneck. But I decided to style it completely differently, wearing this sweater with some loose fitting black pants and ankle boots. Unfortunately I could not find a link to this sweater on sale (but I swear it was!), however, the pants are currently on sale and I've rounded up even more sweaters to buy below.
